Who we are

OptiPitch is provided by Divot Marketplace Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17024277), registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Contact us at customerservice@optipitch.co.uk. By creating an account or using OptiPitch you agree to these terms.

Who can use OptiPitch

You must be 18 or over. One account per person: do not create accounts to get extra free trials or to get around a suspension. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

What OptiPitch is

OptiPitch is a football statistics and analysis service. It shows modelled probabilities for matches and players, with the data and track record behind them. It is not a bookmaker, does not take bets, does not link to bookmakers and does not give financial or betting advice. Probabilities are estimates: no model is right every time, and past accuracy does not guarantee future results. Any decision you make using OptiPitch is your own.

Subscriptions and free trials

OptiPitch has two monthly plans: Leagues (every domestic league we cover) and All competitions (leagues plus cups, European competitions and internationals). Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy, including any tax. New subscribers can get one 7-day free trial; at the end of the trial the subscription starts and you are charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. One free trial per person, per Google account and per device.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel or change plan at any time in Google Play (Menu > Plan > Manage subscription); cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play under its terms; we cannot issue refunds for Google Play purchases ourselves. If a price changes we will tell you in advance, as Google Play requires.

Community

Groups and chats must follow the community rules shown in the app: no abuse, hate, harassment, threats, spam, illegal content, adult content, impersonation, selling tips or paid groups, or links to bookmakers. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break the rules. Anyone can report a message or a person; we review every report.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You give us a licence to store and show it to the people it is shared with so the service can work. Delete a message or your account and it is removed from the app.

Our content

The app, its models, numbers and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use. Do not copy, resell, scrape or republish them, or try to reverse-engineer the service. Football data is supplied by third parties; team and competition names are used only to identify them.

Availability

We work to keep data current, but matches, line-ups and data feeds can be delayed, changed or wrong, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or withdraw features.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using the probabilities or information in OptiPitch, including any money staked with third parties. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Menu > Profile > Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play as well.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
