Delete your OptiPitch account

In the app

1. Open OptiPitch and sign in.
2. Go to Menu > Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email customerservice@optipitch.co.uk from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, name, profile and photos, follows, settings, group memberships, and the messages and images you posted.

What is kept

Subscription and payment records are kept for 6 years because tax law requires it. Content involved in an open report of abuse is kept until the report is dealt with. The hashed device identifier used to allow one free trial per device is kept so a deleted account cannot be used to start another free trial; it cannot be turned back into your device id.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store > profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > OptiPitch > Cancel.
